Job DescriptionSalary: $50,000-$60,000/yr Financial Grade Senior Consultants is seeking a dynamic and motivated Insurance Agent Recruiter to lead efforts in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier Medicare and senior market insurance agents. This role is critical to expanding our national footprint and supporting our mission to deliver high-quality, client-focused insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry, experience in agent recruitment or sales development, and a passion for building relationships that drive growth. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract independent insurance agents., • Source candidates through online platforms, industry events, referrals, and targeted outreach., • Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate fit based on licensing, experience, and alignment with company values., • Collaborate with Business Development Manager with the onboarding process, including contracting, training coordination, and system setup., • Collaborate with marketing to create recruitment campaigns and promotional materials., • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity and pipeline progress in CRM or ATS systems., • Build and maintain relationships with agents to support retention and engagement., • Stay current on industry trends, licensing requirements, and competitive recruiting practices. Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED equivalent., • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, sales development, or related field., • Strong interpersonal and communication skills., • Proficiency with CRM systems and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed)., • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet recruitment targets., • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset., • Ability to do some travel. Preferred Skills: • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field., • Familiarity with Medicare, life, or health insurance markets preferred., • Experience working with FMOs or IMOs., • Knowledge of agent licensing and contracting processes., • Background in sales or marketing is a plus., • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a bonus. Working Conditions: • Stationary role, operating a computer and office equipment., • Light lifting (up to 25 lbs.)., • Office environment with occasional movement within the workspace.
