What will you do at Presence: • Participate in user research and design reviews, translating clinician and school partner feedback into actionable improvements, • Design and build features for the tools clinicians and school administrators use every day—improving workflows, usability, and outcomes for students, • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to scope, prototype, and ship meaningful features from concept to delivery, • Create wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate ideas and gather early feedback from real users, • Work with product data (SQL) to surface insights that inform prioritization and product decisions Required: • Current enrollment in an undergraduate program Computer Science, Software Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (anticipated graduation in 2027 or 2028), • Proficient in Claude Code, Figma Make and/or Loveable through coursework, personal projects, or prior internships, • Available to work up to 25 hours per week, • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team, • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities, • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically, • Previous internship or project experience in edtech, healthtech, or a consumer-facing product environment, • Experience working with or building tools for non-technical end users (e.g., educators, clinicians, administrators), • You actively listen and respond with empathy, fostering respectful and productive collaboration, • You maintain a strong service mindset, consistently meeting the needs of internal and external stakeholders while building trust and credibility, • You seek creative, effective solutions and persist beyond the first answer to find what truly works, • You make thoughtful, informed decisions that align with company goals, and you're not afraid to ask questions to gain clarity Submit your resume and a brief cover letter (max 300 words) explaining why you're excited to join Presence and how your skills align with this role.
