This is a flat-rate position with excellent workflow, a strong car count (12 cars per day per tech), and long-tenured teammates who know how to flag hours. The shop specializes in Honda, Toyota, Acura, and Lexus — and is seeking a true diagnostic expert to join their trusted, community-focused team. The Commission directs the growth, operation and business activities of RIC and works tirelessly to ensure it continues to be an affordable option for local, regional, and out-of-state travelers. Description of Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all Commission owned HVAC equipment including Chillers, Boilers, Cooling Towers, Air Handlers, Roof Top Units, and associated equipment. Inspect all major HVAC equipment daily to ensure proper operation. Monitor the site Building Automation System as required to assist in troubleshooting. Maintains all Commission owned HVAC tools and test equipment in a neat operational manner, recommending repairs, replacements, and purchases. Participate in the snow program.
