Job Description Position Summary The Program Manager II supports the planning, coordination, execution, and oversight of programs and projects supporting U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) operations and federal facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience managing commercial, government, facilities, construction, real estate, or contract-based programs, with a demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects, stakeholders, contractors, and priorities simultaneously. This position serves as a key point of coordination between the customer, internal management, contractors, vendors, and technical teams. The Program Manager II monitors program performance, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and compliance requirements while identifying issues and developing solutions to ensure successful program execution. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities, communicating with senior stakeholders, and ensuring work is completed in accordance with contractual, operational, and customer requirements. Essential Functions • Manage and coordinate multiple projects, workstreams, and program activities supporting GSA and federal facilities., • Develop and maintain program schedules, milestones, action-item logs, performance trackers, and status reports., • Monitor project and program performance against established scope, schedule, budget, and contractual requirements., • Coordinate with GSA personnel, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, architects, facility managers, and other stakeholders., • Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day program coordination and issue resolution., • Track project deliverables, commitments, deficiencies, corrective actions, and outstanding requirements., • Review contractor performance and assist with identifying and resolving schedule, quality, staffing, and performance issues., • Support contract administration, including monitoring deliverables, invoices, modifications, task orders, and contractual requirements., • Assist with development and review of statements of work, scopes of work, project requirements, estimates, and supporting documentation., • Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders and prepare agendas, meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up documentation., • Prepare program status reports, presentations, dashboards, and executive-level briefings., • Analyze program data and identify trends, risks, delays, cost concerns, and opportunities for improvement., • Maintain accurate program records and ensure documentation is organized and readily accessible., • Support quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure work meets established standards and customer expectations., • Assist with planning and execution of facility projects, renovations, maintenance initiatives, and other operational requirements as assigned., • Coordinate site visits, inspections, assessments, and field activities when required., • Escalate significant risks, performance concerns, and unresolved issues to appropriate management., • Develop and implement corrective action strategies to maintain program objectives., • Ensure program activities are conducted in accordance with applicable federal requirements, company policies, safety requirements, and contractual obligations., • Travel to GSA/federal facilities and project sites as required. Minimum Qualifications • U.S. Citizenship required., • Bachelor in business, engineering, construction, or science with a minimum of 10+ years’ experience in the construction industry., • PMP, PgMP, or Other Construction Certification is Desired, • 10 years of relevant program, project, contract, facilities, construction, or operations management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience., • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, workstreams, or operational priorities simultaneously., • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external contractors or vendors., • Strong understanding of project/program management principles, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and performance management., • Experience preparing professional reports, presentations, schedules, and project documentation., • Ability to review and interpret contracts, scopes of work, technical documents, schedules, and performance requirements., • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and develop practical solutions., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Ability to communicate effectively with government customers, senior management, contractors, and technical personnel., • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook., • Ability to learn and utilize project management, document management, financial, and government systems. \nCompany Description Why Choose MIRACORP?
