The successful candidate will work closely with partners and clients on high-value matters while enjoying significant responsibility, direct client interaction, and opportunities for professional growth.Position OverviewThe firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented attorney with a minimum of eight (8) years of commercial real estate experience. The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience handling sophisticated transactional matters, including dispositions, financing transactions, and commercial leasing, and will thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced legal environment.Key Responsibilities • Represent clients in complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing matters., • Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of transactional documents, including purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, and ancillary agreements., • Advise clients on strategic real estate investments, development projects, and financing structures., • Manage transactions from initial structuring through closing, ensuring compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements., • Coordinate with lenders, title companies, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to facilitate efficient and successful closings., • Provide practical legal guidance and maintain direct client relationships throughout the lifecycle of real estate matters., • Collaborate with partners and colleagues across practice groups to support complex, multi-disciplinary transactions.Must-Haves, • Minimum of 8 years of commercial real estate experience, including dispositions, finance, and leasing matters., • Active membership in The Florida Bar is required, along with strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills., • Demonstrated ability to handle sophisticated real estate transactions with minimal supervision., • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with clients and business stakeholders., • Proven ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
