Our client is a large local Mechanical Contractor handling complex projects for their East Coast Market. A FULL JOB DESCRIPTION CAN BE PROVIDED TO QUALIFIED/INTERESTED CANDIDATES. Our client is growing exponentially and therefore is adding 3 BIM Coordinators and 1 BIM Manager – Below is a partial list of responsibilities for both positions – a full list can be found on the full job description. BIM Manager: All responsibilities listed under BIM Coordinator as well as the following: • Overall supervision (all locations) Responsibilities: • Produce CAD generated mechanical layouts using project specifications, • Create fabrication and spool drawings for Fab shop and field us as well as overall project coordination drawings, • Resolve mechanical conflict and creating coordination drawings using 3D Qualifications: BIM Coordinator • REVIT, SYSQue and Navisworks, • AutoCAD, • Field and 3D Coordination, • Experience must be in Hospitals, Laboratories, Central Utility Plants and Large Institutional projects., • MUST be able to produce CAD generated mechanical layouts using project specifications., • 3D Drafter will create fabrication and spool drawings for Fab shop and field use, as well as overall project coordination drawings., • Experience is required with equipment typical for Mechanical, HVAC, Process Systems and Advanced Plumbing Systems., • 3-5 years of experience REQUIRED with specific FIELD experience resolving mechanical conflicts and creating coordination drawings in 3D., • 3 disciplines of experience in Sheetmetal, Piping and plumbing experience REQUIRED, • All qualifications listed under BIM Coordinator plus supervisory experience BIM Coordinator salary : $55,000 - $90,000 BIM Manager salary : $ 100,000 - $130,000 BENEFITS: (Full description can be found on the full job description) • Being part of an EMPLOYEE-OWNED COMPANY, • Ongoing professional training and development, • Opportunities for advancement, • Defined annual bonus program based on Company performance, • Employer paid $50,000 life insurance, • Elective medical with 75% employer contribution, dental and supplemental benefits are available immediately, • 401 (k) program with 3% employer grant, • Paid vacation, • Paid holidays "Beyond TalentEdge is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
