Job DescriptionJob Title: Account Development Executive - WA Job Description We are offering a fantastic opportunity to work with the Amazon Hub Delivery program. This role involves recruiting local businesses to join the Hub delivery program. You will collaborate with Business Development Managers and other local account development executives to visit prospective businesses, pitch the program opportunity, qualify the businesses, guide them through the application process, drive referrals through community organizations, and coordinate and execute recruitment events. The position requires travel within the market and significant door-to-door walking. Responsibilities • Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted zip codes, typically within urban centers and surrounding areas., • Present and pitch the program opportunity to prospective businesses to generate interest., • Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application vetting and onboarding process., • Track lead activity and manage the pipeline in Salesforce., • Support Business Development Managers in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch and learns, town hall meetings, and coffee chats., • Collaborate with Business Development Managers to engage local champions, such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations., • Work with Account Managers and other team members to support newly recruited businesses on launch day and as needed., • Perform other duties related to the recruitment and retention of businesses., • Track all activities and outcomes.Essential Skills, • 1-2 years of experience in field sales and/or customer service., • Bilingual in English & Spanish., • Exceptional customer service and communication skills., • Team-first, can-do attitude., • Professionalism and enthusiasm for working with others., • High sense of urgency., • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities in the field., • Tech-savvy with experience working with multiple systems and technology.Additional Skills & Qualifications, • Prior experience in sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus., • Spanish, Mandarin, or another second language is a plus.Work Environment This role involves working in the field 4-5 days a week, with an 80/20 split between in-field work and at-home follow-up/admin tasks. The position requires the ability to be in the market for up to 8 hours per day. The role includes a commission potential with targeted earnings of up to $14,000 yearly, a $50 bonus for every application, and a $150 bonus for every launch. Additionally, there is a mileage reimbursement of 70 cents per mile. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, Washington. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
