Job DescriptionSalary: $45,000 -$55,000 annually About the Role: Were seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This role will support marketing operations across multiple brands, including Slate Healthcare and other affiliated companies under one roof. This is not your average assistant role it's a fast-paced, hands-on position that requires someone who thrives on structure, loves keeping things organized, and is excited about digital marketing tools, trends, and tech. Youll work closely with our Marketing Director and creative team to keep campaigns moving, calendars in check, and ideas flowing. From content scheduling and platform management to research and execution, your impact will be felt every day. What Youll Do: • Assist in day-to-day marketing operations for multiple brands, • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and content calendars across projects, • Schedule and publish content across social media, email, and websites, • Organize brand assets and ensure consistent usage across all channels, • Support campaign execution including email marketing, automation tools, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads, • Research new tech, tools, and trends that can optimize performance, • Collaborate with internal teams across recruiting, operations, and leadership, • Help track analytics, gather data, and report key performance metrics What Were Looking For: • A sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills, • Tech-savvy and curious about new platforms, tools, and marketing innovations, • Clear communicator with strong follow-through, • Proficient in Canva, Google Workspace, social scheduling tools, and email platforms (Mailchimp, Mailjet, etc.), • Able to juggle multiple brands and projects, • A team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset, • Previous experience in marketing support or project coordination is a plus Core Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing support, coordinator, or assistant role, • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, • Proficient in Canva, Google Workspace, and social media platforms, • Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Mailjet) and task managers (e.g. Asana, Trello, Monday), • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Comfortable working on-site in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities across multiple brands or business units Why Join Us: • Be part of a growing, in-house marketing team with a wide range of projects, • Get hands-on experience across multiple industries and company types, • Collaborate closely with leadership and creatives, • Room for growth, learning, and creative input, • Competitive compensation in a positive and fast-moving work environment, • Medical, dental, vision, & HSA options, • 401K, • Onsite gym & showers, • Stocked kitchen with healthy snacks, drinks, coffee, etc, • Team events including happy hours, catered lunches, and other fun outings, • Innovative, collaborative, and fun work environment that fosters a positive and supportive culture for growth
