Job Description Position Summary: Active member of the Targeted Case Management Unit within the Philadelphia Office of Mental Health. Provides Adult and Children Targeted Case Management (TCM) Units located in various Community Mental Health Centers and Specialized Agencies with technical assistance and support pertaining to identified problems and issues that may need to be addressed on an individual, agency or systemwide basis. Involved with a variety of “specialized" projects that pertain directly /indirectly to TCM service development across the developing Behavioral Health system.
