Position Summary In addition to educating and supporting clients, this position will be responsible for identifying and resolving issues, answering complex questions, and troubleshooting account-related concerns. Problem-solving skills will be critical in helping participants and plan sponsors overcome challenges and make informed decisions about their retirement savings. The successful candidate will work closely with our internal teams to ensure clients receive timely, accurate information and feel confident in their financial journey. Key Metrics for Impact (KMIs) • Participant satisfaction and engagement, • Resolution turnaround time, • Compliance with documentation standards, • Contribution to team service goals Required Qualifications • High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree preferred., • 13 years in customer service or benefits administration, preferably within financial services or retirement plans., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce or CRM experience a plus., • Knowledge of 401(k) and 403(b) plans preferred., • ASPPA credentials (e.g., QKA, CPC) or progress toward certification preferred., • Series 65, 63, 7, or related financial services licenses preferred. Work Environment & Physical Requirements • This is a fully in-person role based in either the Colorado Springs or Aurora office, • Minimal travel required, • Requires regular computer-based work; must be able to sit or stand for extended periods Compensation Pay Range: $19.00$25.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Disclosed in accordance with state law. Career Progression This role may provide opportunities to advance to Client Services Specialist II or Stewardship Advisory Assistant after demonstrating exceptional performance and gaining experience.
