JOB DESCRIPTION Summary The Life Enrichment Leader defines, develops, and leads what Life Enrichment means at Regal Boats—ensuring every initiative, partnership, and outreach effort reflects Regal’s redemptive purpose and commitment to caring for the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. This role serves as a key member of the HR leadership team and acts as the cultural and spiritual heartbeat of the organization. The Life Enrichment Leader connects team members to Regal’s mission and core values—Integrity, Gratitude, Relationship-Focused, Excellence-Driven, Ambitious, and Team—while providing leadership and oversight to Regal’s chaplain team, the Regal Cares Committee, and all faith-based and Life Enrichment programs. The ultimate goal is to ensure every team member feels valued, supported, and connected—personally, professionally, and spiritually. Key Responsibilities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. • Faith & Life Enrichment Leadership, • Define and clearly communicate the meaning of Life Enrichment at Regal, encompassing faith, care, wellness, and community impact., • Develop and lead a comprehensive Life Enrichment strategy and annual plan that integrates Regal’s redemptive purpose across the organization., • Partner closely with executive leadership, Human Resources, and chaplains to embed Life Enrichment principles into programs, communications, and operations., • Serve as the primary organizational leader for all faith-based initiatives and Life Enrichment programs, providing vision, structure, and accountability., • Chaplaincy Oversight, • Provide leadership, support, and oversight to Regal’s chaplain team., • Ensure consistent, compassionate, confidential emotional and spiritual care for all team members., • Maintain strong alignment and communication between chaplains and HR while upholding confidentiality and mission alignment., • Coordinate and host Faith & Connection Sessions, guest speakers, and other faith-based gatherings that encourage growth and reflection., • Serve in a chaplain capacity as needed, offering confidential spiritual and emotional support to team members., • Financial Wellness & Stewardship, • Partner with Crown Financial Ministries and other trusted organizations to provide financial education, stewardship, and discipline resources., • Integrate financial wellness education into the Life Enrichment framework to promote long-term well-being and responsible living., • Regal Cares & Community Impact, • Lead the Regal Cares Committee and oversee all community giving, scholarship, and hardship assistance programs., • Ensure responsible fund management, transparency, and compliance in coordination with HR and Finance., • Champion acts of generosity and service that reflect Regal’s heart for its people and surrounding community., • Organizational Culture & Redemptive Strategy, • Serve as a thought partner to senior leadership in integrating Regal’s redemptive purpose into business and cultural strategies., • Promote connection, belonging, and purpose-driven leadership across all departments and levels., • Develop initiatives that bring Regal’s mission to life through faith, service, and community involvement., • Program Administration & Communication, • Develop and execute communication plans that promote Life Enrichment initiatives and celebrate team member stories., • Oversee scheduling, logistics, and measurement of Life Enrichment and faith-based programs., • Track participation, feedback, and outcomes to continuously improve impact and alignment with Regal’s values. Required Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in ministry, chaplaincy, engagement, or organizational leadership, preferably within a faith-based or values-driven environment., • Demonstrated experience leading faith-based or redemptive programs focused on care, connection, and purpose., • Proven ability to lead diverse teams, foster trust, and build community across departments and backgrounds., • Strong communication, empathy, discretion, and organizational skills with a servant-leadership mindset. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Ministry, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field., • Formal chaplaincy training or certification., • 10+ years of experience in ministry, chaplaincy, life enrichment, or workplace spiritual leadership Work Environment This job operates in a manufacturing environment. It is a fully onsite role, five days a week, and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that an employee must meet to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time. The employee must frequently go into non-climate-controlled manufacturing facilities to connect with and assist management and team members with HR-related issues. The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 15 pounds.
