We’re currently seeking a Senior Vice President of Facility Operations who will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, capital projects for all properties in the portfolio, and safety and security. The Human Resources Office Manager will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks, including HR management, benefits administration, creating and enforcing HR policies, and training and development.
