Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. A contract speech-language pathologist, clinical fellow, or assistant is sought to provide dedicated maternity leave coverage from early September through December. This engaging role offers flexible scheduling, whether you prefer five half-days, a combination of full and half days, or another arrangement within the district’s supportive structure. Key Qualifications: • Hold current Minnesota licensure for SLP-CCC, SLP-CF, or SLPA., • Experience in K-12 school settings is highly valued., • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills., • Compassionate, student-centered approach to therapy and teamwork., • Deliver speech and language therapy services to middle school students as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team., • Complete assessments, develop/implement individualized education plans (IEPs), and document progress., • Engage with teachers, staff, and families to support student success., • Adapt service delivery based on students’ needs and current educational best practices.
