This travel nursing job is perfect for experienced RNs seeking clinical support roles in a vibrant healthcare setting.\n \n\nJob Details – Louisville Nursing Jobs\n\n • Location: Louisville, Kentucky 40202\n, • Healthcare Setting: Telemetry Unit (3 Giles*NH)\n, • Employment Type: Travel Nurse Contract\n, • Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 12/14/2025 – End: 3/14/2026)\n, • Nursing Shift: 12-hour nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM), every other weekend, holiday availability required\n, • Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week\n, • Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1930 - $1980\n, • Number of Positions: 3\n\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n\n, • Active Kentucky RN license (required for Louisville nursing jobs)\n, • Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience in Telemetry or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings\n, • Experience with Epic electronic medical record system\n, • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification\n, • NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification\n, • Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) required\n, • Ability to work night shifts, every other weekend, and holidays as scheduled\n\n\nTelemetry Nurse Responsibilities\n\n, • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments according to hospital policy and patient condition\n, • Develop, implement, and revise individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams\n, • Monitor and document patient responses to clinical interventions in the Telemetry unit\n, • Provide patient and family education throughout hospitalization and at discharge\n, • Delegate tasks to licensed and non-licensed personnel as appropriate\n, • Mentor and precept new nursing staff, fostering a collaborative healthcare team environment\n, • Participate in hospital quality, safety, and service improvement initiatives\n We believe in empowering your career.
