Job Description This is not an assistant role. This is not a “figure it out as you go” job. This is the operational heartbeat of a high-performing real estate organization. We are a growth-driven real estate team in Knoxville, TN, built on one belief: There is a smarter way to do this business. • We win because of strong systems., • We grow because of high standards., • We retain clients because of exceptional experience., • As our Director of Operations, you will take ownership of everything that happens behind the scenes and make it world-class., • You see inefficiencies before others feel them., • You love clarity, structure, documentation, and accountability., • You build systems that scale., • You finish what you start., • You don’t want to be “support.”, • Base Salary: $65,000 – $75,000, • Bonus potential, • Design, implement, and manage systems for buyers, sellers, and transactions, • Oversee contracts from executed agreement to closing, • Create and maintain a detailed Operations Manual, • Ensure marketing coordination and execution stay seamless, • Own database integrity, lead tracking, and back-office systems, • Manage books, bill pay, payroll coordination, and commission collection, • Support budgeting and financial reporting, • Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies, • Supervise and support administrative, marketing, and virtual team members, • Build onboarding systems for staff and agents, • Coordinate trainings, travel, and vendor relationships, • Act as the key partner to the owner, • Communicate clearly and proactively, • Maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and vendors, • Ensure consistency at every operational touchpointQualifications:, • Exceptionally service-oriented with a high standard of excellence, • Strong leadership, accountability, and consensus-building skills, • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, • Advanced organizational and project management skills, • Learning-based and resourceful; independently seeks solutions, • Detail-oriented, accurate, and process-driven, • Calm, confident, and composed under pressure, • Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, • Proven ability to execute, improve systems, and drive results, • Motivated to grow into increased responsibility, impact, and compensation, • Prior administrative, operations, or leadership experience in an office or business setting, • Real estate experience strongly preferred, • Real estate license a plus, but not requiredAbout Company Southern Home Group is a high-performance real estate organization serving the greater Knoxville area, along with key markets in East Tennessee from Chattanooga to the Tri-Cities, led through the partnership of Josh Belcher and Chris Ball.
