TITLE: IT Security Engineer LOCATION: Hybrid in Lombard, IL or Alsip, IL on average 1-2 days/week onsite COMP RANGE: $115,000 - $140,000/yearplus bonus Griffith Foods is hiring an IT Security Engineer (IAM) to design, implement, andmaintainsecure identity and access management solutions across the enterprise, ensuring users, systems, and services are authenticated, authorized, and governed according to corporate policies and industry best practices. As anIT Security Engineer (IAM), your responsibilitieswill include: • Designing, deploying and managing enterprise IAM solutions including identity lifecycle management, SSO, MFA, PAM, and directory services, • Engineering andmaintainingPrivileged Identity Management (PIM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms, • Integrating IAM systems with Microsoft 365 and thirdparty applications using SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and LDAP, • Implementing and enforcing RBAC, ABAC, and justintime (JIT) provisioning, • Designing and managing Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune, and Microsoft 365 Defender policies, • Developing automation and reporting using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and security tooling TheIT Security Engineer (IAM)position is well-suited for you if you: * Enjoy solving complex identity and access challenges * Thrive in handson technical engineering roles * Can translate technical concepts into businessfriendly language * Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders Qualified candidates will have: * Bachelor's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or related field OR 8 years of relevant experience as an equivalent * At least 7 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure roles * At least 5 years focused on IAM implementations * Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune, and M365 Defender * Proficiencyin PowerShell, KQL, or Python * Candidates must currently live within a commutable distance to Lombard, IL or Alsip, IL and willingto work onsite 1-2 days per week * Candidates must currentlypossessunrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
