We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Delivery Leadership Consultant specializing in Product & Agile Coaching to join our collaborative team. This individual will play a critical role in leading large-scale, multifaceted engagements, with particular emphasis on product capability uplift, coaching Product Managers, and strengthening execution quality. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in product management and agile practices, with a strong ability to operate across multiple teams, lead other coaches, and drive alignment with senior leadership. This role requires a hands-on coach who can elevate product ways of working in real delivery environments while also supporting business development, contributing to thought leadership, and helping shape the evolution of our Delivery Leadership practice. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Product & Agile Coaching & Capability Building: • Define and own the product and agile coaching strategy for complex, multi-team engagements—establishing standards, playbooks, and ways of working that drive consistent, product-led execution across teams, • Assess team and leader maturity to identify capability gaps, prioritize coaching focus, and tailor approaches that meet clients where they are while driving toward a clearly defined future state, • Design and deliver foundational and role-based training on product and agile practices—anchored in real work and active delivery rather than abstract frameworks, • Coach Product Managers and teams of varying experience levels to connect vision, strategy, and roadmap to prioritized backlogs, day-to-day delivery decisions, and measurable outcomes, • Identify systemic anti-patterns and misalignment across teams, drive targeted interventions, and build a durable internal capability that enables clients to sustain and scale product-led execution independently Delivery & Execution Leadership: • Lead complex initiatives across multiple business lines or domains, • Apply industry-leading delivery and product methodologies tailored to client needs, • Monitor delivery health through KPIs, leading/lagging indicators, and execution patterns, • Identify systemic issues across teams and prioritize the highest-impact improvements, • Guide teams to deliver outcomes on time, on budget, and with strong business alignment Client Engagement & Relationship Management: • Serve as a trusted advisor to the client, product and delivery leadership, • Facilitate alignment between delivery teams, business stakeholders, and leadership groups, • Identify opportunities to expand AIM Consulting’s impact within existing engagements Business Development & Practice Contribution: • Partner with AIM’s Sales and Consulting leaders to shape delivery and product coaching opportunities, • Support proposal development, scoping, and client presentations, • Contribute to the evolution of Delivery Leadership and Transformation offerings Consultant Leadership: • Mentor and coach AIM consultants supporting product and delivery engagements, • Support hiring, development, and utilization of high-performing consultants, • Foster an engaging and rewarding consultant experience Thought Leadership: • Create and speak at community speaking engagements, • Write thought leadership articles and blogs about delivery leadership topics, • Build and deliver presentations to client personnel and leadership About You You are passionate about driving the delivery of a client engagement while identifying additional opportunities to offer AIM Consulting Services. You are excited to be the driving force that collaborates with AIM Consulting’s portfolio of clients, ensuring world-class solutions are being delivered that are highly scalable, secure, and flexible. You take charge, are viewed as a leader among any team you work with, and consistently deliver exceptional results and great ideas. Your knowledge and skillset likely include the following: • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Coaching, or Agile/Product transformation roles, including 7+ years in management consulting with enterprise accounts (consultancies similar to AIM), • Proven experience coaching Product Managers of varying maturity levels on product thinking, vision, strategy, roadmap, and translating them into actionable work (coaching in real delivery environments, not just training), • Deep understanding of product practices, including product discovery, outcome-based planning, prioritization, and translating strategy into a structured backlog and delivery, • Strong command of Agile and Scrum practices, with the ability to coach teams in real time through planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives, and address common anti-patterns, • Expert-level experience using Jira (or similar tools) to design and improve workflow visibility, backlog structure, and execution discipline across teams, • Experience operating across multiple teams simultaneously, identifying systemic issues, and driving consistent product and agile practices across teams, • Experience leading and guiding other coaches to ensure consistency of approach, quality of coaching, and alignment across teams, • Strong experience working with senior leaders to align priorities, clarify product direction, and reinforce product-led execution, • Strong facilitation skills for small-group coaching, leading working sessions, and applied discussions, • Executive oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence without authority, align stakeholders, and present clear direction to leadership, • Relevant certifications such as CSM, CSPO, ICP-ACC, or similar, and a Bachelor’s degree or MBA At AIM Consulting, we value people from all walks of life.
