Inizio Engage is building a nationwide team of field based Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives. This is an excellent entry-level role in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. The team will be dedicated to providing services to Inizio’s client, Pfizer. The main objective of the Field Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives position is to increase awareness of high/at-risk patient type for COVID-19. This is a Field Contracted Team with the ability to create awareness on high/at-risk patients for COVID-19 with targeted HCPs along with urgent cares and retail pharmacies as directed. This role will report to the Area Business Manager. Your role will involve: * Provide P1 support to physicians about COVID-19 risk factors, disease progression, and treatment options * Educating identified targets to ensure customer preparedness on patient identification as above. * Build working relationships with customers through regular calls and ongoing contact with customers as defined in the Field Pharmaceutical Sales Contracted Team Statement of Work (SOW). * Ensure close collaboration with customer-facing colleagues to ensure goals are aligned and efforts are coordinated by channel and across field deployments. * Understand the customer and market landscape within assigned geographies and assess the business to prioritize opportunities and develop/implement a plan of action designed to maximize sales impact at the local level. * Operate in a team environment that is based on a culture of high collaboration and that encourages ideas. What will you be doing? * HCP engagement will involve probing, answering questions (e.g., drug to drug interaction management, where to find supply, who is high-risk and eligible for treatment) * Maintain an expert understanding of the Product, patient education, consumer education, and factors influencing the market environment. The Therapy Care Specialist will work under the supervision of a Pharmacist to oversee logistics of a patient’s dispense and prescription maintenance, assessment data capture, and serves as the point person to coordinate patient care across all layers of the patient care continuum while on service with Soleo Health. Responsibilities include: • Act as single point of contact for specialty patients and as liaison with Soleo branch personnel to coordinate timely medication dispense and delivery, • Works under supervision of specialty pharmacist and/or branch pharmacist to capture assessment data, ascertain patients supply needs, and schedule new and refill medication deliveries, • Run daily and weekly pharmacy reports as needed, • Answer phones and warm transfer call to appropriate location, monitor incoming faxes, and monitor TCMC refill queues, • Send orders to physicians for signature, • Work with intake/reimbursement staff to maintain active patient insurance coverage and actively pursue authorizations and re-authorizations with the auth/billing staff at the branch level, • Documentation of all patient interaction and care coordination in the designated system of record for clear and consistent communication, • M-F 7:30am - 4:00pm, • Saturday rotation once a quarter, • Work from home Requirements: • Prior experience in home infusion, compounding and/or specialty pharmacy required, • High School Diploma or equivalent, • Registered Pharmacy Technician required, • Prior customer service/patient services experience, • Basic to intermediate efficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook About Us: Soleo Health is an innovative national provider of complex specialty pharmacy and infusion services, administered in the home or at alternate sites of care.
