Job Description: Leads stakeholder coordination of federal projects from planning through execution by using strong acquisition and contract support experience. This role is pivotal in supporting Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) and Contracting Officers (KOs), managing acquisition documentation, and ensuring performance across cost, schedule, and deliverables. The Project Manager will serve as a central facilitator for acquisition lifecycle activities, vendor coordination, and stakeholder engagement. Requires ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment with a host of stakeholders and customers, ensuring that clear communication and expectations are managed throughout the lifecycle of critical projects that span the entirety of the Defense Industrial Base (DIB). Responsibilities: The Project Manager plays a critical role in facilitating acquisition and contract execution activities, ensuring that projects meet performance objectives related to cost, schedule, and performance. They support the definition of project scope, the development of schedules, and the allocation of funding and resources. As team leaders, they foster collaboration, manage risks, and maintain clear communication across stakeholders. They monitor progress, proactively address issues, and provide regular updates to ensure transparency and alignment. Serving as the central point of contact, the Project Manager drives operational efficiency and project success throughout the entire lifecycle. Duties: • Project Planning & Execution, • Aid customers in clarifying intended project scope, objectives, and deliverables., • Track progress and ensure adherence to deadlines., • Monitor and manage project risks throughout the lifecycle., • Manage project budgets, control costs, and report on variances., • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement, • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams., • Schedule and support project/acquisition status meetings., • Communicate project updates and performance metrics to stakeholders., • Identify and manage stakeholder expectations., • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships., • Vendor & Team Coordination, • Manage vendor and contractor relationships., • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of vendors on contracts., • Support cross-functional project teams., • Documentation & Quality Assurance, • Maintain daily records of pre- and post-acquisition documentation and status., • Maintain comprehensive project documentation., • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards., • Implement quality control measures and resolve issues., • Acquisition & Contract Support, • Provide acquisition and contract facilitation support across a variety of defense priorities., • Develop and assemble core acquisition documents, including:, • Statements of Work (SOW), • Statements of Objectives (SOO), • Performance Work Statements (PWS), • Technical Evaluation documentation, • Support COR and KO in maintaining acquisition performance metrics (cost, schedule, performance)., • Ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations and internal standards., • Financial & Deliverable Oversight, • Create and manage Spend Plans., • Review and track invoices., • Oversee deliverable management and contract execution., • Ad Hoc Acquisition Support, • Provide support for emerging acquisition issues, including:, • Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) reviews and facilitation, • Contract Court Support, • Project & Acquisition Management, • Proven ability to manage federal projects from initiation through completion., • Experience supporting acquisition lifecycle activities, including drafting SOWs, PWSs, SOOs, and technical evaluations., • Familiarity with federal procurement processes and performance tracking (cost, schedule, deliverables)., • Experience supporting CORs and KOs in acquisition performance oversight., • Planning & Execution, • Skilled in developing project plans, schedules, budgets, and spend plans., • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment., • Experience tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards., • Financial Oversight, • Experience in budget management, cost control, and invoice review., • Ability to monitor and report on financial performance and variances., • Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination, • Strong communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels., • Experience managing vendor relationships, including onboarding/offboarding and deliverable oversight., • Ability to facilitate meetings, status updates, and cross-functional collaboration., • Documentation & Records Management, • Experience maintaining acquisition and project documentation, including pre- and post-award records., • Familiarity with federal records management and audit readiness standards., • Tools & Technology, • Proficiency in MS365 software, • Familiarity with acquisition support platforms and financial tracking tools., • Leadership & Problem Solving, • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and motivate performance., • Strong analytical skills and sound decision-making under pressure.Education: DAWIA Career Field Certifications are a plus Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus Compensation: At ISA, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being.
