Job Description GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION: Assists the General Manager with the operations, training and development of all employees within the restaurant at assigned time periods in the General Manager or Assistant Manager’s absence. Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station.
