Troubleshooting & Support * Diagnose complex issues related to SIM authentication, network registration, roaming, and data connectivity. * Provide Tier 3 or engineering-level support for operational teams. * Support implementation of private networks, private APNs, VPN tunnels, and secure connectivity architectures. CrossFunctional Collaboration * Partner with sales, product, hardware engineering, firmware, IT, security, operations, and procurement teams. * Support product teams with cellular integration, certification testing, and field performance validation. * Recommend improvements based on data insights and emerging cellular technology trends. Qualifications Required * 5+ years experience with cellular networks, SIM/eSIM technologies, or IoT connectivity. * Strong understanding of 3G/4G LTE/LTE-M NR technologies, carrier provisioning, and SIM authentication. * Handson experience with APNs, PDP/PDN contexts, roaming rules, and carrier profile management. * Proficiency in analyzing LTE/5G logs (e.g., QXDM, QCAT, Modem logs, carrier logs). * Experience with remote SIM provisioning platforms (SMDP/SMDS) and eUICC technologies. * Strong troubleshooting skills across SIM, radio, and network layers. * MDM management tools * Participate in after hours on call rotation Preferred * Experience with IoT platforms (e.g., Jasper/Control Center, KORE, Granite, O2 Telefonica). * Knowledge of private LTE/5G, CBRS, and enterprise mobility solutions. * Familiarity with device certification processes (PTCRB, GCF, carrier certification). * Scripting skills (Python, Bash, REST API automation).
