There are about 5 to 8 stylists that work on any given day. We get walk-ins, we run behind and sometimes ahead of schedule. Receptionist would be responsible for optimizing scheduling in addition to: 1. Calling clients to confirm, rebook or give a heads up on their stylists schedules 2.
