JCC Greater Boston lifeguards keep members and guests safe while creating a welcoming environment. Working a flexible schedule with opportunities year-round, the Pool Lifeguard works at our indoor and outdoor pools in the summer, shifting to indoors only the rest of the year. Job DescriptionStatement of Duties Under the direction of the Pool Manager and/or Assistant Pool Manager, the Head Lifeguard in the Parks and Recreation Department provides supervision for Lifeguards, monitors activities at pool, and functions as a Lifeguard as needed. The Head Lifeguard may participate in scheduling and assigning Lifeguard duties. While on duty, gives instructions in pool operating procedures, rules, safety practices, maintenance, and related matters. Job Description The Market Assistant Property Manager is responsible for overseeing marketing, resident relations, affordable housing programs and administrative operations at the assigned property. Location: 3200 Washington Apartments, Jamaica Plain, MA. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 - 4:30. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Marketing -Maintain target occupancy or above at the property. -Develop and initiate marketing plans to attract new residents and maintain existing ones. -Lease apartments and oversee the leasing of apartments by leasing consultants. -Approve all rental applications. -Maintain current inventory of available apartments on apartment status report. -Conduct and update monthly market surveys of competitive properties.
