Webex / NICE CXone Support Engineer – Contract (Contract-to-Hire Potential) – Knoxville, TN – Pay ($35-$38/hr) The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s/applicant’s qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position. Our client is seeking a Webex / NICE CXone Support Engineer in Knoxville, TN. Role Description This is not a senior architect-level engineering role. The team is looking for candidates with basic to mid-level experience, focused on support, configuration, and administration of communication platforms. Responsibilities include: • Managing and configuring auto attendants in Webex, • Providing Level 2 support for NICE CXone, • Performing configuration and policy management activities, • Supporting day-to-day operational tasks related to communication systems, • Troubleshooting and resolving platform-related issues “The responsibilities as defined are intended to serve as a general guideline for this position. Associates may be asked to perform additional tasks depending on strengths and capabilities.” Required/Preferred Experience: • Hands-on experience with Webex and/or NICE CXone (basic to mid-level), • Strong focus on operations, support, and system administration, • Experience providing Level 2 support in a production environment, • Ability to troubleshoot configuration issues and implement solutions, • Strong communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Education: • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) What are the top Three – Five Skills? • Experience configuring and managing Webex (especially auto attendants), • Level 2 support experience with NICE CXone or similar platforms, • Strong troubleshooting and support mindset, • Experience with configuration and policy management, • Operational/support-focused experience over architecture/engineering Note: Experience & Knowledge of either Webex or NICE CXone is required.
