Requirements: We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Installer who is passionate about both their craft and developing the next generation of HVAC professionals. In this role, you will lead commercial installation projects while coaching, mentoring, and supporting apprentices and junior technicians to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient work. Key Responsibilities • Install, assemble, and commission commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, VAV systems, and related controls., • Lead and coordinate installation teams on project sites to ensure work meets specifications, code requirements, and company quality standards., • Coach and mentor apprentices through hands-on training, technical guidance, and ongoing performance feedback., • Foster a positive learning environment that emphasizes safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement., • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for installation planning and execution., • Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure proper system operation prior to project turnover., • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and project status., • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure timely project completion., • 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC installation (field leadership experience preferred)., • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, ductwork, refrigeration, and controls., • Valid EPA 608 Certification and applicable state/journeyman HVAC license., • Proven ability to train, mentor, and motivate apprentices and junior team members., • Excellent communication and leadership skills., • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications., • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail., • Physically capable of performing installation tasks (lifting, climbing, standing for long periods)., • Competitive pay and benefits package, • Opportunities for career growth and leadership development, • Supportive, team-oriented work culture, • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities, • Commitment to safety, quality, and craftsmanship Benefits • Competitive pay (based on experience and certifications), • Health, dental, and vision insurance, • Paid holidays and vacation, • 401(k) retirement plan, • Company vehicle, tools, and uniforms provided, • Ongoing training and career growth opportunities, • 125 Plan, • PTO Per Company Policy, • 6 paid holidays
