Experience working with short-term rental properties is preferred, but not required. Candidates need to be extremely detail oriented and unafraid to go the extra mile to ensure the guests have a great vacation stay. If youre the type of person who walks by a mostly clean window or a stainless steel fridge and asks yourself Is that a smudge?! then this is the job for you. Whoever takes this job will need to be attentive and open to communication and feedback in order to help maintain RenewCrew standards. A full background check is required for this position. Responsibilities include: • Thorough cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, etc., • Dusting of all surfaces including ceiling fans, light fixtures and door frames, • Cleaning glass doors and windows, • Streak free mirrors, stainless steel and stovetops, • Clean cabinet faces, • Thorough general residential cleaning, • Laundry (linens and towels) either on site or in office, • Making of beds and inspecting / setting out towels, • Learning and utilizing the software system Breezeway, • Delivering linens and supplies to properties as needed, • Report any damages to the rooms, • Respond to requests and/or guest complaints with professionalism and patience, • Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and consumables and restock when necessary, • Strictly adhere to health and safety rules and regulationsSchedule:, • Monday to Saturday flexible, • Sundays required, • Proven experience as a housekeeper or cleaner preferred, • Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance, • Friendly, customer-oriented personality, • Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail, • Able to work quickly without compromising quality, • Capable of light lifting and standing for long periods This is a remote position.
