Position Overview Argonaut Program Managers (PMs) are responsible for managing cross-functional activities for a portfolio of clients in domestic and international markets, overseeing all aspects and management of development and/or cGMP manufacturing projects. Job Description The BFT2 Technical Services Engineer will provide customer, production, and engineering support for both government and commercial systems, including hubs, remote terminals, and COTS equipment. This support will include a mixture of remote and onsite support for the existing BFT2 network. Key responsibilities include supporting deployment, testing, documentation, training, operation, maintenance, and solving problems with the production network. We work successfully with both internal and external personnel with various skills. Disciplines requiring support include software, hardware, electrical, IP networking, configuration management, IA, and technical publications. As a team member, your remote support duty is to support the operation of the network.
