David was formerly the President of the Strategic Investment Fund division of Phillips Edison and Co., and VP of Development with Regency Centers, a national owner, operator and developer of shopping centers. LMI’s team currently consists of 24 professionals, all with deep experience in the retail sector. In addition, LMI is an affiliate of North American Properties (“NAP”), a privately held owner / operator that has invested $7 billion into the real estate sector since its inception in 1954. Market Opportunity LMI has established a robust national portfolio across 24 markets and a clear vision for growth. The Firm is seeking to add $1 billion of assets to its portfolio over the next three years, aiming to reach $2 billion in assets across 30-40 markets within five years.
