Security Electronics Technician III This position requires an active Department of Treasury clearance or the ability to obtain a Department of Treasury clearance to be considered. Complete staffing plans for each location., 2. Conduct pre-employment duties such as advertising, interviewing and reference checks., 3. Participate in the development of training curriculum for site staff., 6. Perform annual reviews for all staff., 7. Perform performance improvement plans and counseling records as needed., 8. What You Will Do • Own and close complex, enterprise-wide deals in 5,000+ employee or $1B+ organizations, • Lead executive-level discovery with C-suite and senior business leaders, • Build pipeline through disciplined prospecting, account mapping, and multi-threading, • Drive top-down, executive-led sales cycles (not feature-driven selling), • Sell a horizontal platform with multiple use cases across functions and business units Automatic Disqualifiers • Large-company lifers (Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, Adobe, etc.), • Point-solution or IT-only sellers, • SDR, BDR, inside sales, pre-sales, or customer success backgrounds, • Less than 7 years enterprise selling experience, • Poor quota attainment history Ideal Background • Strategic or Enterprise AE / Account Director / RVP-level seller, • Elite at executive discovery and translating priorities into funded use cases, • Proven ability to sell horizontally across multiple business units, • Proven experience selling an AI platform, workflow automation, or multi-use-case enterprise platform, • Demonstrated success selling to business leaders (not IT-led, not point solutions), • Experience owning large, complex accounts (5K+ employees or $1B+ revenue), • Over quota in at least 2 of the last 3 years • Strong career progression — no job hopping, • Currently living in assigned territory, • Bachelor’s degree required

Job Description This is a remote position. Paradigm is currently in search of a Graphic Designer to work for our client in the legal business sector. The Graphic Designer is responsible for producing PowerPoint presentations, videos, and digital collateral that reflect the company's brand identity. The candidate will work with teams and stakeholders in the marketing department, producing identity marketing, digital marketing materials, marketing for sales, corporate communications, and product marketing assets. Type: 6 Month Contract Location: Fully Remote | Must reside in the US Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, 401K, PTO, and sick leave As a Graphic Designer you will: • Design marketing assets including client presentations, solution briefs, social posts, webpage graphics, infographics, advertisements, email campaigns, videos, and white papers., • Collaborate closely with marketing, business, and sales stakeholders to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives., • Utilize marketing templates to ensure consistency in developed materials., • Ensure consistent, high-quality materials are delivered through proofreading and a structured review process with the graphics team., • Maintain a universal storage system for working files and assets., • Stay up to date with industry trends and tools., • Support Marketing practice with additional projects as needed.
