SUMMARY The Regional Vice President of Operations position is responsible for directing the overall operations of an assigned region, providing day-to-day guidance to next-level leaders, ensuring efficient and effective operations, driving occupancy, sales, and profitability, as well as leading and executing company initiatives. This position is a key leadership role on the Windward Communities Senior Leadership Team, helping to create a best-in-class customer service experience in the manufactured housing industry. This role will require regular travel (50% - 75%) within the assigned region as well as frequent in-office visits to our Corporate Office in Clearwater, FL for ongoing Leadership meetings.
