As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will create engaging content for our brand, manage and schedule social media posts, and analyze metrics to maximize engagement and growth. Key Responsibilities: Retail Sales Associate: • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing recommendations to enhance the shopping experience., • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system., • Maintain a visually appealing store environment through merchandising, organizing displays, and restocking shelves., • Assist with inventory management, including processing shipments, tracking stock levels, and reporting discrepancies., • Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy that aligns with our brand vision and company initiatives., • Create high-quality, captivating content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), including posts, stories, reels, and live events., • Manage and schedule social media posts using Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms to ensure consistent and timely content delivery., • Monitor and respond to social media interactions (comments, messages, and reviews) promptly, maintaining a professional and positive brand voice., • Analyze social media metrics to measure engagement, track campaign success, and refine strategies for continuous growth., • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus., • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a similar industry., • Proficient in using social media platforms and content creation tools, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite., • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric attitude., • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively., • Proficient in basic math and operating point-of-sale systems., • Competitive hourly wage based on experience., • Opportunities for career growth and professional development., • A fun, supportive work environment with a team of passionate and driven individuals., • Employee discounts on our amazing products.
