Your role will be crucial in ensuring the successful establishment, management, and growth of our bakery operations, whilst maintaining consistent product quality, efficiency, and adherence to company standards throughout the operations. Your Responsibilities: • Follow the daily production guide provided to you from Bakery Team Leader, • Bake/make all our products to company approved spec, ensuring the customer always purchases a perfect product., • Maintain the expected company standard of operation throughout the day, • Daily safety logs are filled in whilst you’re on shift, • Ensure production levels are correct for volume of business, ensuring you maximise all possible sales whilst minimizing unnecessary wastage, • Maintain High standards of cleanliness and organization, following our HACCP and SOP plans that have been provided, • Ensure out of date stock is removed and recorded each day, • Will know and understand what it means to deliver amazing customer service and will thrive on the challenge of always exceeding customer expectations., • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned., • Should be highly attentive to detail and be capable of delivering consistent standards., • Should have a warm, personable nature and a can-do attitude., • Ensure Health and Safety is an absolute priority, and you not only adhere to but excel in all areas of company policy ensuring your Bakery pasess Kroger/Safeserv/Safety Culture audits. Safety is everyone’s responsibility., • Assist with any new openings to support the ongoing growth of the business and follow up with post-opening support where required.
