Solutions Analyst (Full-Time) – Urbanize, Inc. Location: San Antonio, TX About Urbanize Urbanize, Inc. is a San Antonio–based, HUB-certified firm founded in 2021. We specialize in LIHTC strategy and site selection, using our proprietary analytics to help developers identify and secure high-scoring development sites. We operate at the intersection of real estate, data, and affordable housing. Role Overview Urbanize is seeking a Solutions Analyst to support our sales, operations, and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The Solutions Analyst will assist with managing the sales pipeline, preparing client materials, coordinating demos, and supporting various business operations. The role includes early client outreach (e.g., cold calling) and offers opportunities to grow into greater responsibilities. Key Responsibilities • Support sales pipeline operations and maintain CRM data accuracy., • Prepare proposals, one-pagers, presentations, and other client-facing materials., • Manage inbound leads and assist with scheduling demos., • Conduct light research or data gathering to support sales calls., • Handle administrative tasks including invoicing, contracts, scheduling, and email triage., • Assist with basic GIS or data-related tasks (training provided)., • Participate in cold-calling outreach and scale into more client-facing work over time. Required Skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets., • Ability to quickly learn software tools (no coding required)., • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and reliability., • Solid project management and multitasking abilities., • Ability to problem solve and complete Ad Hoc tasks Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) • Experience in real estate, LIHTC, or affordable housing., • Familiarity with GIS or mapping tools., • Prior experience supporting sales teams or general operations., • Startup experience or comfort with fast-paced environments., • Data visualization or presentation design skills., • Ability to work long hours/weekends Experience Level • Entry-level welcomed, • 1–2 years of experience acceptable, • 2–4 years preferred, • Recent graduates encouraged to apply Work Environment Urbanize’s culture is: • Fast-paced and collaborative, • High trust, high accountability, • Results-driven and mission-oriented, • Supportive of learning and professional growth You will work closely with leadership and gain exposure to sales operations, geospatial tools, and affordable housing development.
