Job Description Customer Care Specialist Contract Details • Duration: 4–6 month contract, • Start Date: ASAP Day‐to‐Day Responsibilities Insight Global is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to support one of our apparel clients. This individual will provide high‐quality customer support via email, phone, live chat, and the company website. Responsibilities include: • Handling customer inquiries related to products, orders, and returns, • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback, • Navigating multiple software systems, including CRM tools and Microsoft Office, • Working cross‐functionally while upholding company policies with professionalism, • Demonstrating a self‐driven, proactive mindset and collaborating effectively with team members Must‐Have Qualifications • 2+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, • Experience with CRM platforms (Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar), • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), • Experience working in a fast‐paced environment, • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, • “Go‐getter” attitude Plusses • Bilingual in Spanish, • SAP experience
