Job Description Job Summary:The Hypercare Project Manager will oversee the Hypercare process for cross-functional teams supporting Clorox’s new ERP implementation and operations across Burt’s Bees and Foods plants. This role involves identifying and resolving operational issues, coordinating daily Hypercare activities, prioritizing enhancements, and ensuring Clorox manufacturing standards are upheld while guiding teams through new technology-driven changes. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities to support successful implementation outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Identify operational issues related to the new Project implementation., • Lead daily Hypercare calls., • Monitor and track Hypercare results., • Interface with business units and Project Leaders to prioritize tasks, address risks, and troubleshoot issues., • Anticipate shifting resource requirements and business priorities to optimize overall project outcomes., • Present technical information to non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in writing., • Build and lead effective work teams for midsize to large programs., • Establish strong interpersonal relationships and maintain influence within Clorox and external professional networks., • Proactively address conflicts and deliver win-win solutions., • Work independently to coordinate personal and team activities while collaborating with contacts across disciplines., • 5+ years of project management experience within Supply Chain., • 3+ years of people leadership experience., • Strong technical problem-solving skills within Supply Chain/Manufacturing environments., • Advanced technical knowledge in area of expertise; recognized as a subject matter expert., • Proven experience leading complex projects involving new technology implementations., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate., • 2+ years of experience with ERP implementation (SAP S4, Ariba, MES, EWM).
