Position Highlights: Paradigm Oral Health is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Operations Manager to support our growing network of oral surgery practices throughout the Northeast. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the patient experience, practice efficiency, regional growth and success of multiple oral surgery practices. Reporting to the Regional Director, this role is ideal for a strategic leader passionate about operational excellence, team development, and delivering exceptional patient care. Role and Responsibilities: • Provide guidance and support to practice administrators and staff to optimize workflow, patient satisfaction, and overall productivity., • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial performance.
