Job Description About the Role The Installation Coordinator is responsible for providing support/oversight of scheduling, coordination and communication related to flooring installation projects in customer's home through contracted vendors. The role involves reviewing project details, scheduling installations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They work closely with customers and installers to ensure projects are completed on time and to Express standards.
