As the company continues to grow, visual storytelling and training documentation play an important role in supporting recruitment, workforce development, and operational communication. Position Summary Superior Rigging and Erecting is seeking a Videographer responsible for producing professional video content that supports both Marketing and Learning and Development initiatives across the organization. Based at the company’s Atlanta headquarters, this role regularly travels to jobsites, equipment yards, and company facilities to capture real-world crane, rigging, and steel erection operations. The Videographer works closely with Marketing, Learning and Development, Operations, and Safety leadership to translate complex field work into clear, professional visual content used for branding, recruiting, operational communication, and workforce training. Key Responsibilities Field Videography and Operational Documentation • Capture professional video footage of crane operations, rigging activities, steel erection, and other field operations, • Travel to active jobsites and company facilities to document real-world project execution, • Coordinate filming schedules with Operations, Safety, and Project Management to minimize disruption to field activities, • Ensure filming activities comply with jobsite safety requirements and company safety policies, • Produce instructional videos supporting safety training, equipment operation, and workforce development programs, • Collaborate with Learning and Development leadership to translate operational procedures into clear visual learning content, • Document best practices, lessons learned, and technical expertise from experienced field personnel, • Produce video content highlighting company capabilities, project execution, and field expertise, • Capture project highlights, company milestones, and operational success stories, • Support recruiting initiatives by producing content showcasing company culture, craft careers, and field operations, • Develop content for use on the company website, recruiting platforms, social media, and marketing materials, • Create visual assets supporting marketing initiatives including project spotlights, equipment features, and company announcements, • Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify and capture compelling project content that supports brand storytelling and customer engagement, • Plan video shoots including shot lists, location planning, equipment needs, and production schedules, • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure project goals and messaging are clearly defined, • Operate professional camera systems, lighting equipment, audio recording systems, and stabilization rigs, • Edit raw video footage into polished final productions using professional editing platforms, • Perform color correction, sound balancing, and visual enhancement, • Integrate graphics, titles, and basic motion elements when appropriate, • Maintain organized libraries of video footage, completed projects, and training content, • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and archiving digital video assets, • Maintain consistent production quality and brand alignment across all video content Requirements:, • Bachelor’s degree in film production, Media Production, Communications, or related field preferred, • 3+ years of professional videography or video production experience preferred, • Experience working in construction, industrial, or field environments strongly preferred, • Demonstrated experience producing professional marketing or training video content, • Proficiency with professional editing platforms such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, • Strong understanding of lighting, camera composition, and audio recording techniques, • Experience operating stabilization equipment and mobile camera rigs, • Drone videography experience preferred; Federal Aviation Administration Part 107 certification is a plus, • Ability to travel to jobsites and company facilities as required, • Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications, • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, • 401(k), • Paid time off and paid holidays, • Opportunity to document complex construction operations and high-profile projects Superior Rigging and Erecting is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
