Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain corporate tax compliance processes, ensuring timely and accurate filings., • Utilize accounting software systems such as BlackLine and CCH Sales Tax to streamline financial operations., • Oversee accounts payable processes and ensure proper transaction documentation., • Perform accrual accounting tasks to accurately reflect business expenses., • Conduct audits to verify the accuracy of balance sheet accounts and other financial records., • Prepare comprehensive financial reports for management review., • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize Concur expense reporting systems., • Support the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts to maintain financial integrity., • Assist in implementing and improving accounting processes and controls., • Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.• Proven experience with accounting software systems, including BlackLine and CCH Sales Tax., • Strong knowledge of corporate tax operations and compliance., • Proficiency in accounts payable processes and accrual accounting., • Familiarity with auditing procedures and balance sheet account reconciliation., • Experience with Concur expense reporting systems., • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data effectively., • Excellent organizational and communication skills., • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
