Key Responsibilities: · Assist financial advisors with client account management, including data entry, document preparation, and client communication. · Schedule and coordinate client meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared in advance. · Support tax professionals during tax season with data collection, document organization/scanning, and client follow-ups. · Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our system. · Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure client satisfaction. · Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, scanning, and office organization. · Coordinate and verify billing for tax clients. Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred. · Previous experience in a financial services or tax preparation environment is a plus. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Quickbooks · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · High level of integrity and professionalism.
