Making eye contact and being welcoming are essential. The pay for this full-time position is $85,000 per year. WE ARE NFC Amenity Management, the nation's largest luxury amenity service provider for residential and commercial properties, with a growing portfolio representing 350+ of the top brands in luxury residential and hotels across 30 markets in the U.S. Job Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure they are satisfied with the overall team performance and their experience with operations., • Monitor the performance of concierge services and initiate corrective action when needed, • Maintain product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaints. Initiate corrective action., • Establish and maintain a proactive human resource function to ensure concierge staff motivation, training, and development., • Develop new programs that increase client satisfaction and operational excellence., • Manage in compliance with established company policies and procedures and local, state, and federal laws and regulations., • Reward employees who meet or exceed client expectations., • Other duties as assigned. Job Skills: • Computer skills to include word processing, spreadsheet, and familiarity with specific property management systems., • Ability to exercise excellent communication, presentation, organization, time management, and listening skills., • Ability to successfully interact with all levels of customers and management. Job Qualifications • Experience as a Concierge in a Residential Building or a hospitality industry comparable, • 5 years of operations experience in a supervisory capacity., • Multi-Unit experience preferred, • Possess a valid drivers license and be able to drive to properties.
