This is a REMOTE/VIRTUAL role and is open to candidates from the following states where we already have established operations: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MS, NE, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI, WV. Position Summary: The Service Engineer plays a strategic role in deploying, optimizing, and supporting our AI-powered medical imaging solutions. This position goes beyond traditional support, encompassing service lifecycle management, proactive performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Service Engineer will act as a critical link between clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders, ensuring high availability, optimized workflows, and exceptional customer experiences. This position offers a unique growth opportunity at the intersection of healthcare IT and artificial intelligence, with responsibility for monitoring and maintaining models that power IT and clinical workflows. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, technical expertise in IT infrastructure (servers, networks, databases), and experience in healthcare environments—particularly with DICOM, HL7, and FHIR protocols, as well as PACS, VNA, and routing solutions. Responsibilities: • End-to-End Service Delivery: Manage the full lifecycle of solution services including incident resolution, new deployments, configuration updates, workflow enhancements, and ongoing service requests., • Incident Management: Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to recurring issues., • Proactive Monitoring: Use data analytics to identify trends, detect early warning signals, prevent service degradation and outages, and optimize system performance., • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and satisfaction., • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance support processes to improve service quality, scalability, and efficiency., • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of configurations, incidents, and service performance metrics. Requirements: Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)., • 3+ years of experience in IT service management or technical support., • Knowledge of healthcare data interoperability standards including DICOM, HL7, and FHIR., • Experience with medical imaging applications including PACS, VNA, and image routing solutions., • Strong grasp of IT infrastructure concepts (networks, servers, storage, virtualization, security)., • Strong understanding service delivery frameworks., • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills., • Fast-paced, mission-critical setting requiring quick decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
