We are actively searching for a SENIOR SALES SPECIALIST to join 3DR LABS-STRINGS! This is a REMOTE/VIRTUAL role and is open to candidates from the following states where we already have established operations: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MS, NE, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI, WV. Job Summary: The 3dr Labs-Strings AI Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales of the Strings Agentic AI solution, building strong client relationships, and meeting revenue targets while promoting adoption of 3dr Labs-String’s innovative healthcare technologies. The Strings AI Sales Specialist focuses on selling 3dr Labs-Strings AI and associated healthcare solutions to hospitals, radiology practices, and enterprise clients. The individual will leverage product knowledge, technical insight, and sales expertise to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities while expanding adoption with existing clients Key Responsibilities • Drive sales and revenue growth for AI solutions in assigned territories or accounts., • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare leaders, radiologists, IT decision-makers, and administrators., • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to illustrate the functionality and benefits of Strings AI solutions, • Identify new sales opportunities through outreach, referrals, and account analysis., • Collaborate with internal teams (technical specialists, marketing, and account managers) to design tailored solutions for client needs, • Negotiate contracts, manage sales pipelines, and forecast sales to ensure targets are met or exceeded., • Stay current with healthcare IT trends, AI solutions, and competitor offerings to provide market feedback and position Strings AI effectively., • Provide customer support and onboarding guidance, ensuring successful implementation and adoption., • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare, IT, or a related field., • Experience in software or healthcare technology sales; knowledge of radiology or medical imaging software is highly desirable, • Strong understanding of 3dr Labs-Strings technologies, cloud services, and AI-driven solutions., • Proven ability in consultative selling, account management, and pipeline development., • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills., • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events., • Experience in enterprise account management in healthcare or technology sectors., • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and healthcare data standards., • Certifications, such as Azure or Dynamics Sales Specialist, are a plus, • Client-focused mindset balanced with business needs., • Proactive and self-motivated., • Strong organizational and time management skills., • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment., • Team player with a collaborative approach., • Ability to have difficult conversations with a win-win approach.
