Job Description This role is responsible for handling reconciliation cases, company losses, and claims, and plays a part in the accurate management of business data and inventory. The position requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, proficiency with computer systems, and effective communication through emails and documentation. A critical component of this role involves maintaining and updating product information and content across our company website and third-party e-commerce platforms. Additional responsibilities include processing returns, assisting with warehouse organization, and performing work assignments independently to meet productivity standards. Key Responsibilities and Duties • E-Commerce and Data Management, • Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and images on the company's website and e-commerce platforms, • Utilize organization and problem-solving skills to manage online content., • Claims and Documentation, • Document and process reconciliation cases, claims, and other cases regarding company losses or damages., • Collect and organize invoices and Bills of Lading, ensuring all records are up-to-date., • Maintain organized LOC spreadsheets according to established guidelines., • Administrative Support, • Answer the phone and manage professional email correspondence., • Create necessary documents and prepare forms., • Process customer returns efficiently and accurately., • Assist with limited building of pallets for outbound and storage shipments., • Accurately label outbound shipments., • Safely use pallet jacks to move pallets for staging or storage., • Able to reliably use a computer, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (or equivalent) and data entry., • Computer literacy, • Proven ability to work independently and focus on the task at hand with limited supervision., • Strong verbal and written communication skills., • Must be able to meet required productivity and accuracy standards., • Physical requirements include the ability to lift heavy boxes/products and stand for long periods of time., • Perform other duties as assigned by management.Company DescriptionWe are an e-commerce company that specializes in foodWe are an e-commerce company that specializes in food
