Job Description Program Manager - Pennie Health Insurance Marketplace Adagio Health Inc is looking to hire a full-time Program Manager for its Central office located in Pittsburgh, PA. At Adagio Health, we're seeking a Program Manager to lead an impactful public health program that helps connect individuals and families in Southwest Pennsylvania to affordable health insurance coverage through Pennie, Pennsylvania's health insurance marketplace. Throughout the day, you manage timelines, solve roadblocks, and keep partners moving toward one shared outcome: accessible, affordable health coverage for every community you serve. This role is about more than managing a program-it's about empowering people to access healthcare, reducing financial barriers, and improving quality of life across diverse communities. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PENNIE PROGRAM MANAGER Each day, you'll be at the center of collaboration-building partnerships with local organizations, leading outreach and enrollment events, and ensuring people know and understand their healthcare coverage options. You'll guide staff and partners, oversee reporting and evaluation, and use data-driven insights to improve program outcomes. Most importantly, your communication and leadership skills will empower others to take action and help transform community health. WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead and manage program objectives and deliverables for a 10-county region. | Build and foster partnerships with community-based organizations. | Supervise staff, provide training, and support partner entities. |Oversee outreach, enrollment, and program evaluation activities. | Analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement. | Attend community events and represent Adagio Health throughout the region. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Bachelor's degree in social work, public health, or related field (Master's preferred). Equivalent experience may substitute., • 3-5 years of program or project management experience., • Knowledge of healthcare, health insurance, or case management preferred., • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills., • Comfort managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel., • Ability to work independently while fostering teamwork and collaboration. Your leadership, discipline, and mission-focused mindset are highly valued at Adagio Health. The skills you developed in service align strongly with this Pennie Program Manager role.
