About the role OBM Consultancy is partnering with a renowned global fashion house to recruit a Store Director for a Paris Saint-Germain flagship. This is an opportunity to join a strong, established business with ambitious (and realistic) growth plans. As Store Director, you will own the store’s commercial performance, lead daily operations, and elevate service standards in line with the brand’s identity—while creating an energizing, high-performing culture on the sales floor. Key responsibilities • Deliver sales and profitability targets; monitor KPIs and performance drivers, • Lead and develop the team: recruitment, onboarding, coaching, feedback, succession planning, • Drive clienteling/CRM strategy to build loyalty, repeat business, and community, • Oversee retail operations: budgeting, sales & stock planning, store processes, and compliance, • Ensure a premium store environment aligned with the brand’s corporate identity, • Collaborate cross-functionally and act as a key local ambassador (events, visitors, brand moments) Profile & requirements • 3+ years of progressively responsible retail experience, including 2+ years in management, • Strong CRM/clienteling mindset and proven ability to build long-term client relationships, • Solid retail operations capability (budgeting, sales and stock planning), • Strong understanding of the fashion market and luxury/premium clientele, • Well-connected in France (and ideally nearby markets) to support hiring and local partnerships, • Structured, proactive, and collaborative; comfortable working across departments, • High standards of service excellence; able to set challenging but achievable goals, • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; communicates clearly, honestly, constructively, • Flexible and solutions-oriented in a fast-moving business environment, • Enjoys hosting and representing the brand (store located close to the Paris HQ), • Fluent French and English (mandatory); confident with international clients Why this opportunity • Flagship exposure in one of Paris’ most dynamic luxury districts, • High visibility with close collaboration alongside HQ teams, • A culture that values professionalism, inclusion, and growth Important notices & compliance (France / EU) • Equal opportunity: Recruitment decisions are based on skills and experience; discrimination in hiring is prohibited under French labour law., • Data privacy (GDPR/CNIL): Candidate data is processed for recruitment purposes in a lawful and transparent way, with retention periods aligned with CNIL guidance (short retention post-process; longer retention only with consent, typically not exceeding ~2 years)., • Fraud awareness: Apply only through verified channels shared by OBM Consultancy / the client.
