CT19 are retained on a search for a fast-growing biotechnology company combining synthetic biology, computational biology, and automation to unlock novel bioactive molecules from natural products. Founded in 2023 and backed by recent funding, the company is scaling rapidly and expanding its laboratory operations. The Role As Lab Manager, you will own the daily operations, ensuring they run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You’ll be the central point of contact for lab logistics, equipment, safety, and coordination, enabling scientists to focus on research and discovery. This is a hands-on role for an organized, proactive lab professional who enjoys building and scaling strong lab infrastructure in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day lab operations, supplies, and inventory, • Coordinate purchasing, vendors, and lab logistics, • Oversee equipment maintenance, calibration, and servicing, • Ensure lab safety, compliance, and GMO standards, • Maintain SOPs, safety records, and training, • Coordinate shared equipment and support onboarding of new lab staff Profile • 5+ years of experience in lab management or lab operations, • Experience in biotech, pharma, or academic research environments, • Strong organizational and communication skills, • Hands-on experience with lab safety and compliance (including GMO), • Fluent in French; English is a strong plus Please reach out to for more information!
