•Pro-actively grow the company’s network of contacts by developing & enhancing the internal CRM sales database - gathering & populating the maintenance of accurate contact data •Following up new business opportunities & setting up meetings •Develop relationships with potential clients using a strategic approach to new business •Speak with potential new clients via outbound calls •Confidently make outbound calls to secure meetings •Attend new business meetings, initially with support •Effectively establish the early stages of new relationships to build upon •Work with the team / assisting in pulling together targeted presentations •Work with new clients in an account management capacity •Utilise trends & insights for a tailored and targeted approach to obtaining new clients •Experience in database cleansing & management •Confidence in contacting lapsed clients •Experience in sending e-mailshots (training will be given on the in-house software) •Flexibility to attend networking opportunities at UK and European shows •Proficiency in using LinkedIn •Good telephone manner •Excellent communication skills •Excellent social media skills •Ability to build good working relationships
