Based in Basingstoke to work across - Hampshire / Berkshire / Surrey - Monday to Friday Hotel Accommodation and Meal Allowance As a wet waste tanker driver, you will be working on key contracts to empty waste tanks and effluent providing our customers with highest quality service. Responsibilities • Daily vehicle checks for defects and report to manager to organise repairs., • Collection and delivery of liquid sludge within our area., • Due to the nature of the locations of our collections there will be a degree of rural driving., • Dealing with customers face to face and over the phone and providing a high level of customer service., • Making sure your cab and your vehicle is always clean and tidy, • Driving the vehicle safely and in accordance with the law, with tachograph regulations and driver hour limits., • Must have a valid HGV Class 2 licence, • Must have had previous HGV driving experience, • Must have a valid CPC / Tachograph licence, • Must be well presented and physically fit, • Experience of working with vacuum tankers and waste is advantageous but full training will be given., • Excellent organisation skills and use to working to deadlines., • Be passionate about providing excellent customer service., • 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, • Workplace pension, • Company Uniform, • Company pension, • Free parking, • On-site parking, • Driving Licence (preferred), • Driver CPC (preferred)

What Are We Looking For? Due to continued growth, WES, part of the RSE Group, is looking for a Working Mechanical Supervisor to assist with the successful delivery of installation projects within the Water industry.If you are considering sending an application, make sure to hit the apply button below after reading through the entire description.The primary function of the role is to oversee manpower on site, order materials, manage on-site works, while working hands on assisting with installation projects.Please note there is travel and working away from home required as part of this role with accommodation provided by WES.Some of Your Key Duties Include: Installation of new and existing mechanical equipment including kiosks and plastic pipework.Inspect equipment and identify faulty components.Carrying out testing and pre-commissioning of equipment on site.Instructing, directing, controlling, and allocating work to Trade Operatives & Apprentices.Deliver toolbox talks and review permits, safety requirements and RAMS.Overseeing mechanical works to ensure they are being carried out to timescales and to the required standard/quality.Providing the Installation Manager with progress reports and future resource requirements.What Do You Need? NVQ or Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering, Pipefitting or equivalent.Proven Mechanical installation experience specifically working with plastics.Good knowledge of Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety processes/procedures.SSSTS Water industry experience would be highly advantageous however other industries will also be considered.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with, lead, and motivate teams of apprentices and operatives under your supervision Full UK Driving Licence WES- Who Are We?
