Commercial Development Manager – Maritime Sector Plymouth (Hybrid) | Base Up to £80,000 DOE + Package Sales & Bids Commercial Strategy Sectors: Commercial Shipping, Marine Survey, Transportation We’re hiring a Commercial Development Manager with sharp commercial instincts and contract expertise to support a growing maritime business delivering complex services to the commercial shipping and transport sectors. This is a hybrid leadership role for someone who thrives in a Sales & Bid heavy environment and knows how to translate terms, risks, and commercial frameworks into real-world outcomes.
